REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At iShake, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept refund or exchange requests only in case of genuine manufacturing defects, leakage issues, damaged products, or incorrect products delivered.
To process any refund or exchange request, customers must provide a clear unboxing/opening video showing the issue. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:
* Change of mind
* Normal wear and tear
* Improper handling or misuse
* Damage caused after delivery
